1. Agreement to Terms

This Hosting Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) and Go Agencies hosting services (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our hosting services, you agree to be bound by these T&C. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Services Provided

We provide “Unlimited Hosting” which includes web hosting, unlimited bandwidth and storage (subject to reasonable use), free SSL, email hosting, and dashboard access. Third‑party add‑ons or migrations may incur additional charges.

3. Use of “Unlimited”

“Unlimited” refers solely to hosting of active websites. It does not permit use for file storage, backups unrelated to live websites, or hosting large non‑web content. Misuse may result in suspension or request to upgrade.

4. Fees and Renewal

Service is billed per plan; promotional free hosting for turnkey business clients is provided for 36 months. Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled via your account settings, with advance notice of any price changes.

5. Uptime Guarantee and Performance

We aim for 99.9% uptime. If uptime falls below that threshold, you may be eligible for service credit per our SLA policy. Performance may vary based on shared hardware environments.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

Clients must not use hosting for illegal activities, spamming, warez, adult content, or copyright infringement. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating policy.

7. Security and Backups

We provide SSL certificates free and maintain enterprise‑grade firewalls, malware scanning, and routine updates. Clients remain responsible for backups; we recommend exporting data regularly.

8. Migration

We offer free site migration support from other hosts. Migration turnaround depends on site complexity and required permissions.

9. Intellectual Property

All infrastructure, logos, and content owned by us remain our property. Any material you upload remains yours, but you grant us limited rights to host and serve it.

10. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided “as‑is.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 6 months.

11. Termination

You may cancel anytime without penalty. We reserve the right to suspend, limit, or terminate service at our discretion for policy violations or misuse.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by Pennsylvania, USA law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Allegheny County, PA, except where prohibited.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these T&C from time to time; changes take effect upon posting. Continued use indicates acceptance of updated terms.
